Key Responsibilities
-Conduct market and trend analysis to identify emerging styles, colors, and fabrics that resonate with the brand’s aesthetic and target customer.
-Apply a comprehensive understanding of garment construction, fit, fabrication (woven & knit), and trims to create commercially viable designs.
-Partner effectively with cross-functional teams including production, merchandising, and sourcing to ensure seamless execution across domestic and international operations.
-Uphold brand integrity by ensuring all designs adhere to quality standards, timelines, and creative direction.
Qualifications
-Strong expertise in patternmaking principles, fitting, and fabric development.
-Demonstrated experience with both domestic and overseas production workflows.
-Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
-Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
