Are you passionate about fitness and providing excellent customer service? WILFIT is seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our members and visitors, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Check people in and manage the sign-in process
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing documents
- Coordinate and support event planning activities
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of prior receptionist experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Welcoming and professional demeanor
- Strong customer service orientation
- Energetic and positive attitude
- Polished, presentable appearance suitable for a high-end fitness environment
-Ability to multitask and manage front desk responsibilities efficiently
(Korean Speaking Preferred)
Part-Time position.
Hours Needed: Mon - Fri, 5pm - 11pm, Weekends (as needed)
Starting Pay: $18/hourly
