Customer Service / Sales Representative

ANNIEWEAR is a fast-growing women’s wholesale apparel company based in Los Angeles. We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service via email and phone.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers.
• Assist buyers with product inquiries, order placement, and follow-up.
• Process and manage customer orders accurately.
• Support sales activities and help grow existing customer accounts.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams regarding inventory and shipments.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales information.
• Assist with administrative and sales support tasks as needed.
Qualifications
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred (apparel or wholesale industry is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Location: Vernon, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
