1. SCM Coordinator (CA)

 Job Responsibilities

• Logistics Data Management and Analysis

• Collect, manage, and analyze outbound and transportation data

• Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates and logistics costs

• Outbound and Logistics Schedule Management

• Propose process improvements and optimization strategies based on data analysis

• Collaborating with Partners and Team

• Ensure the quality and regulatory compliance of refrigerated products

• Monitor logistics processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations

• Prepare and report logistics status to management

• Participate in logistics process improvement projects to reduce costs

• Strengthening SCM competitiveness by staying informed about industry trends and logistics technologies

 

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in related field

• 2 years or experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Planning or similar function

• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Fluency in both English and Korean is required

 

Salary Range

$50,000 ~ 60,000

2. Sales Support Specialist (CA)

 Job Responsibilities

• Sales & AR Data Management

o Track Accounts Receivable (AR), overdue payments, and coordinate with Finance for resolution

o Maintain accurate sales records, pricing data, and customer information

• Reporting & Analysis

o Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports (by channel, customer, SKU)

o Monitor sales vs. target performance and highlight gaps

o Maintain pricing history and cost/margin tracking

• Administrative Support

o Support sales documentation (offers, contracts, proposals)

o Assist in coordinating promotions, product discontinuation notices, and price increase letters

o Manage sales databases and purchase orders

o S&OP and forecasting

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, basic formulas).

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Good communication skills (Korean/English bilingual preferred)

 

Salary Range

$55,000 ~ 70,000

3. Sr/ Product Manager (CA)

Job Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional team on developing products from conceptualization to commercialization across all categories

• Conduct competitive analysis and research industry trends for product development direction

• Analyze current and future product lines profitability/viability, provide reports and make recommendations to the leadership

• Assist with developing and executing short-term NPD pipelines to drive long-term brand objectives and business goals

• Support go-to-market plan and ensure successful launch execution

• Track effectiveness of product launch campaigns/programs and reporting findings/insights to the relevant business teams

• Develop trade promotion materials including trade shows, brand related events

• Manage all product specs and sales information, such as sell sheets, brochures, etc

 

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing or related field

• 2+ years of experience in CPG brand marketing experience is essential

• Proven history of marketing, strategy and planning, as well as new product development

• Excellent time management, attention to details, and project prioritization skills

• Ability to analyze data and transform into meaning insights is a plus

• Influencing skills and team player; able to manage and motivate people

• Strong project management skills and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Proficiency in Korean is preferred but not required

 

Salary Range

$60,000~120,000

 

4. B2C Sales Team Leader (CA)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the B2C sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets

• Manage key national accounts across mass and grocery retailers (e.g., Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons, etc.)

• Develop and execute pricing strategies and manage trade spend

• Own and manage account-level P&L to ensure profitability and growth

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, brokers, and distributors

• Plan and execute retail promotions, product launches, and merchandising resets

• Align closely with internal teams (finance, operations, marketing) on sales planning and execution

• Analyze performance data and market trends to guide strategic decisions

• Represent the sales team in retailer meetings, industry trade shows, and internal reviews

 

Qualifications and skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CPG sales, preferably in food

• Strong knowledge of mainstream retail channels and distributor/broker management

• Demonstrated success in pricing strategy and account-level P&L management

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/sales tools

• Must be able to work on-site, Monday through Friday

• Long-term commitment to company vision and team leadership

• Korean language proficiency is a plus 

• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or industry events

 

Salary Range

$12,000~150,000
