HR Manager(Irvine/Fullerton)
Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related; or equivalent 5+ years of experience working in human resources Minimum 2 years
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to proficiently and simply communicate complex issues
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations
- Work closely with the Recruiting Team to move employees through the hiring and onboarding process
- Coordinate employee celebrations and meals
Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00/year(based on experience)
Accountant(Irvine/Fullerton/Los Angeles)
Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Over 3 years of experience in accounting and/or finance
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to proficiently and simply communicate complex issues
- Oversee GL accounting, account reconciliations
- Month-end, year-end and annual budgeting process
- Support during audits and other financial reviews
- Prepare and file sales and use tax
Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00/year(based on experience)
