1.Purchasing and Inventory Control Manager
We are a growing business operating both a restaurant and a market, and we are looking for a Purchasing and Inventory Control Manager to effectively manage and control the inventory and purchasing of items. We are seeking a dedicated individual who can ensure the efficient flow of goods and maintain high-quality service and products for our customers.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in purchasing and inventory management (Experience in restaurants or markets is preferred)
• Bilingual (Korean/English) is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of inventory control and purchasing processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain relationships with various suppliers
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Responsibilities
• Manage inventory for the restaurant and market, ensuring timely purchase of necessary items
• Negotiate prices and manage contracts with suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent both overstock and stockouts
• Track orders and deliveries, ensuring proper storage and quality control of items
• Prepare and analyze daily/weekly inventory reports
• Ensure purchasing is within budget and meets operational needs
2.Store Manager
We are a thriving grocery dedicated to providing quality products, exceptional service, and a positive shopping experience for our customers. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our team and drive the store’s success.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience as a grocery store manager or assistant manager or equivalent management experience.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills.
• Bilingual (Korean/English) is required
Responsibilities
• Creating and maintaining a positive work environment
• Ensuring consistent delivery of quality food and great service
• Monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures
• Coaching and training crew members and maintaining proper staffing levels.
• Sales growth and Managing controllable expenses and food, labor, and paper costs
• Working closely with operations to ensure company-required standard procedures and guidelines are being followed
