At Keyvice USA, upon brand-launching on September 2024, we aims to provide industry-leading K-beauty products including PDO Threads, Skin Booster, Aesthetic Devices, and etc. We partner with variety of Korean aesthetic brands to help our customers to maximize monetary profit and their patients’ satisfaction of the treatments at their clinics. As our company expands, we are looking for regional sales representatives. This role is for individuals who have established relationships with estheticians and nurses at Medspa or Skincare Industry.

Responsibilities:
• Become an expert on Keyvice USA’s products portfolio through training programs and independent study to have the capability to address inquiries or concerns from customers
• Identify strategic growth opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key surgeon users, financial managers, surgery centers and hospitals
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Prospect for new business by identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, and cold calling
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our medical products
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Be informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, inventory management and customer satisfaction
• Perform required case coverage and in-servicing
Requirements: (knowledge, skills, abilities, initiative, judgment, etc.)
• 1+ year Sales experience within the aesthetic and healthcare industry, preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build rapport with healthcare professionals
• In-depth knowledge of aesthetic products and services, with the ability to articulate their value proposition
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets
• Extensive amount of objective and subjective decision making, and use of judgment in non-routine situations
• Extensive amount of planning and prioritizing
• Computer literate with knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within region for client meetings and industry events
Compensation
• Base Salary + Commission (Base Salary will be discussed based on experience, Unlimited Commission)
• Sales Support ($150 per month)
• Option to be independent contractor sales representative position available (100% commission-based)
