• Responsible for communicating and planning functions, ensuring all jobs are assigned for on time service and all available capacity is properly utilized
• Responsible to track and trace drivers from the beginning of their work assignment until completion
• Providing shipping details to customers and completing documents related to shipments
• Handling customer inquires by negotiating rates and delivery time lines
• Strong organization & planning skills as they pertain to daily trip planning and schedules
• Ability to prioritize workload and thrive in a fast paced, high stress environment
QUALIFICATION
• No experience required. We will train you with basic knowledge of port LGB/LA
• Strong written and oral communication skills (e-mail & phone)
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• A self-motivator who posses multi-task, problem solving, and organization skill
• Fluent in English & Korean
SALARY RANGE
• Full-time Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm
