You will coordinate cosmetic product orders from Korea, manage production schedules, and ensure timely shipping and sales in Amazon, retail stores, and beauty supply chains.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate with Korean factories and OEM/ODM partners regarding cosmetic production orders.
• Manage purchase orders, lead times, and quality control schedules.
• Coordinate international shipping, documentation, and customs clearance.
• Oversee inventory and restocking for U.S. sales channels.
• Support B2B and B2C marketing activities (e.g., Amazon listings, influencer collaborations).
• Analyze sales performance and report demand forecasts.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in cosmetics, import/export, or supply chain fields preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with U.S. beauty retail, Amazon Seller Central, or logistics platforms a plus.
Preferred not required
• Experience with K-Beauty products or Korean manufacturers.
• Understanding of FDA cosmetics labeling and compliance standards.
• Fluent in Korean and English
