THE POSITION WILL OVERSEE END-TO-END SERVICE OPERATIONS, ENSURING HIGH-QUALITY SUPPORT FOR CUSTOMERS AND EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT OF QA, SERVICE, AND CALL CENTER FUNCTIONS. THIS ROLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING SERVICE EXCELLENCE, MANAGING WARRANTY AND REPAIR PROCESSES, AND ENSURING ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE ACTIVITIES MEET COMPANY STANDARDS FOR QUALITY AND TIMELINESS.
--Job Responsibilities
• 1. QA / SVC / Call Center Management
Record daily operations of Quality Assurance, Service Center, and Call Center teams.
Establish and monitor KPIs for service performance and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistent service delivery.
Train and coach staff to improve efficiency and service quality.
• 2. Repair / Warranty / Service Tracking / Service Center (SC) Management
Perform all product repair and warranty claim processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
Track and analyze service data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Oversee authorized Service Center operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with internal departments for escalation and product quality feedback.
• 3. Return Unit Inspection / Repair / Open Box Preparation
Perform returned product inspection and refurbishment processes.
Ensure returned and open-box units meet internal quality and appearance standards before resale or redistribution.
Maintain accurate records of product conditions and repair history.
• 4. Service Parts Management
Manage inventory of service parts and components to ensure optimal stock levels.
Oversee procurement, tracking, and logistics for parts replenishment.
Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure part availability and accuracy.
Maintain cost efficiency and prevent inventory discrepancies.
--Job Requirements
• Minimum Associate degree in Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in service operations, QA, or customer service management (preferably in electronics or durable goods industry).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Proficient in ERP/CRM systems and service management tools.
• Knowledge of warranty and RMA processes.
• Experience in managing multi-site service operations.
• Ability to manage vendor and service center relationships.
• Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred.
The position is Contract to Hire (Direct) position.
Wage ranges: $55,000-$62,000 (Pay commensurate with experience and qualification)
