Responsibilities :
Manage and coordinate trade shows throughout the U.S.
Prepare and organize products, samples, and related materials for upcoming trade shows
Oversee trade show preparation and overall event execution
Engage with buyers, present products, and build strong customer relationships
Take orders on-site and follow up with customers and orders after each show
Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse team, and internal departments to ensure smooth trade show operations
Assist with order processing and overall sales operations
Maintain organized records of customers, orders, and trade show activities
Support inventory planning and product preparation for upcoming shows
Qualifications :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong customer service and sales mindset
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
Basic computer skills and PC proficiency
Willing and able to travel domestically for trade shows
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in trade shows, wholesale, fashion, or sales is preferred
Experience managing or coordinating trade shows is a plus
Experience with N41 software is a plus
Compensation :
