2024. 03. 14 ~ 03. 26 - McKare platform detected unusual signs during data analysis (The patient started to use bathroom frequently during bedtime)
- The patient was listed in ‘Risk Group’
2024. 03. 27 - McKare platform detected another danger sign
(The patient rarely showed activity during daytime – 19 hours in bedroom) - The incident was reported to the manager in charge
2024. 03. 28 - The manager decided to visit the patient’s home
(There was no answer even after ringing the doorbell and phone call)
- The manager reported to emergency center but supporting data and a guardian were required for the visit and to be transferred to a hospital
- The data from McKare was reported during the process and since no guardian was nearby the manager got the consent from the patient’s family over the phone and the patient was transferred to a hospital.
