Job Summary:
We are seeking an entry-level IT Support and ERP Analyst to join our IT department. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow within the company, contributing to the development and maintenance of our IT systems including ERP, providing technical support, and assisting in hardware troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of IT/ERP system modules.
Collaborate with senior developers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Provide customer technical support, including responding to user inquiries and troubleshooting system issues.
Perform hardware diagnostics and repairs as needed.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
Document code changes and maintain development logs.
Support end-users by providing technical assistance and training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of programming languages such as php, React, C#, or Python.
Familiarity with database management systems like SQL.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Ability to perform basic hardware diagnostics and repairs.
Knowledge of Korean is a plus.
