We are an importer and distributor based in Los Angeles. We are looking to hire someone who can perform a variety of customer service and warehouse duties.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations (ex: processing orders, generating and printing shipping labels, creating invoices, replying to emails, managing product returns, answering inbound phone calls, making outbound calls, and etc)
-Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
-Address and resolve customer complaints
-Assist in processing, picking, packing, labeling, and shipping orders for all ecommerce channels
-Manage warehouse inventory including receiving and processing warehouse stock
-Assist with unloading containers, sorting, and palletizing
-Assist with other tasks assigned
Qualifications:
-Must be fluent in English
-Fluency in Korean is NOT required
-Must be legally authorized to work in the US
-High school diploma from US
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Effective communicator and problem solver
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Hours: Monday ~ Friday: 9am - 6pm
