Salary Range: $62,400 - $72,800 ($30/hour - $35/hour)
Position Overview
Certified Nursing Assistant/Patient Service Center Representative combines clinical responsibilities with customer service and basic office management duties to ensure excellent patient care and smooth facility operations.
Office Location: Korea Town, Los Angeles
Key Responsibilities
• Perform blood draws and collect various specimen samples following proper protocols and state regulations.
• Conduct basic health screenings, including blood pressure checks.
• Record patient vital signs and medical history (anamnesis).
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
• Properly label, handle, and process all specimens according to established procedures.
• Keep clinical areas clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Follow all state and federal regulations regarding phlebotomy practices.
• Welcome and register visitors/patients upon arrival.
• Verify patient information and insurance details.
• Provide information about company health products and services.
• Answer patient questions and address concerns professionally.
• Ensure patient comfort throughout their visit.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications
• Current CNA certification

Sales Representative – Bilingual English / Korean
Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000, Plus Sales commission and travel expenses
Position Overview
Sales Representative is responsible for discovering new contract clinic lab testing customers such as Clinics / IPAs (Independent Physicians Association) / Hospitals and other medical institutions through determining leads, identification of prospects, educating prospects through calls, training, presentations, and visits, overcoming objections, and converting prospects into customers. Sales Representative will ensure ongoing performance management and response to customer needs; complete and discuss sales reports, market analysis, sales plans, and programs with management.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building
• Conduct professional presentations and educational sessions for potential clients
• Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies

• Provide regular market analysis and sales forecasting reports
• Serve as liaison between laboratory and healthcare providers

Qualifications
• Associate's Degree (minimum); Bachelor's degree preferred in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Science, or related field
• Minimum of two to three years’ as phlebotomist.
• Established relationships with medical institutions and healthcare providers
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (preferred)
• Additional language skills valued (Chinese/Vietnamese/Spanish)
• Proven track record of successful B2B sales achievement
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Logistics Coordinator – Bilingual English / Korean
Salary Range: $57,500 - $68,000 ($27.64/hour - $32.69/hour)
Position Overview
The Laboratory Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining efficient laboratory operations through specimen courier services, supply chain management, inventory control, and document management. This position ensures timely transport of medical samples, maintains optimal inventory levels of laboratory supplies, and handles printing and distribution of essential laboratory and administrative documents.

Key Responsibilities
Logistics and Courier Services
• Perform scheduled pickup and delivery of medical specimens (blood, urine samples, etc.) between designated locations following proper handling protocols
• Monitor temperature-sensitive materials during transport
• Ensure proper documentation of chain of custody for medical specimens
Inventory Management
• Manage and track laboratory supply inventory using inventory management systems
• Process purchase orders for laboratory supplies and coordinate with vendors
• Receive, unpack, and properly store incoming laboratory supplies and materials
• Maintain organized warehouse/storage areas for laboratory supplies
• Coordinate with laboratory staff to anticipate supply needs
Document Management and Printing
• Print and manage distribution of company requisition forms, laboratory documentation, and other essential paperwork
• Maintain adequate stock of printed forms and documents
• Monitor and maintain office printing equipment
• Organize and file printed documents according to established protocols
• Track usage of different forms and anticipate printing needs
• Ensure proper disposal of confidential printed materials
Administrative
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and inventory movements
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures for handling biological materials
• Report equipment maintenance needs and coordinate repairs as necessary
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• 1-2 years of experience in delivery or courier services, logistics, or laboratory environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Excellent time management skills
• Proficiency with office equipment including printers and copiers
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform repeated bending/lifting
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with inventory management systems

• IATA/DOT hazardous materials handling certification
