We're Hiring: Sales Representative
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative with 1+ years of experience in the apparel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process, building and maintaining relationships with buyers, and contributing to the growth of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Process Management: Oversee all stages of the sales process, from initial contact to order fulfillment, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with buyers, understanding their needs and offering solutions that meet their requirements.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through strategic planning and customer engagement.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks.
Skills & Qualifications:
• 1+ years of sales experience in the apparel industry is required.
• Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with buyers.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must.
• Knowledge of N41 (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving results.
2. Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptual Design: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to brainstorm innovative ideas for campaigns and product presentations.
• Production of Marketing Collateral: Create compelling and visually appealing materials including:
• Lookbooks and Line Sheets
• Flyers, Media Kits, and Trade Show Signage
• Direct Mail campaigns
• Web Page Layouts and Advertisements
• E-blasts and Social Media Graphics
Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in graphic design, marketing, or product development.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of brand consistency and the ability to produce engaging content for various media platforms.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
3. Fit Tech Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
• Pattern Knowledge & Sewing Skills: Assist in understanding and interpreting patterns and sewing techniques to ensure accurate fit and construction.
• Tech Pack (TP) Creation: Prepare and update Tech Packs (TP) that detail all aspects of product specifications, including measurements, materials, and construction.
• Sample Management: Organize and track samples, ensuring timely follow-up on all sample stages from prototype to production.
• Follow-Up & Coordination: Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure all product specifications and sample timelines are met.
• Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with vendors, suppliers, and team members regarding sample status and production updates.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of pattern making and sewing techniques.
• Experience with creating and maintaining Tech Packs (TP).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to follow up with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
