Import Designer
Key Responsibilities:
• Forecast and interpret current fashion trends to create designs that align with our brand identity and market needs.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and adjust designs accordingly.
• Participate in fittings and production meetings to ensure the final product meets the design intent.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and new design techniques.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a fashion designer, preferably with import experience in women's apparel.
• Strong ability to forecast fashion trends and translate them into commercially viable designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Social Media Marketing
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube).
• Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and monitoring trends.
• Conduct live streaming sessions.
• Collaborate with the graphic designer to develop creative campaigns and marketing materials.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
• Assist in various on-site photo shoots and projects.
• Maintain excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with N41 software is an advantage.

• B2B experience.
