▶ Operations - Operations Staff (Full-time)

Responsibilities

⦁ Manage Online Platform (Amazon Vendor, Amazon Seller, Macy’s, Williams-Sonoma, Wayfair, Walmart, Home Depot etc.) (Order Management, Shipping Arrangement, Product Monitoring)

⦁ High literacy in NetSuite, SPS Commerce, Shipstation, ShipHawk

⦁ Update and manage product listings and set up new product listings

⦁ Provide regular reporting on all sales and account costs

⦁ Monitor inventory integrity across all Ecommerce platforms

⦁ Ensure that returns are processed accurately and in a timely manner

⦁ Assist Customers (dealing with emails, customer phone calls, etc.)

⦁ Be responsible at individual actions.

⦁ Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

⦁ Understand and follow company rules and regulations.

⦁ Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

Qualifications

⦁ Working Experience with Online retailers (ex. Amazon Vendor) using EDI program (Strongly Preferred)

⦁ Related experience with online sales or generating product listings via e-Commerce channels; including Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, etc.

⦁ Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

⦁ Eligible to work in the US

Salary range: $43,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year

▶ Marketing - Marketing Part Lead (Full-time)

Responsibilities

Content Development and Optimization:

⦁ Develop, write, and edit creative and compelling product listings including titles, key features, descriptions, and bullets that highlight product benefits and are optimized for especially Amazon’s search algorithm.

⦁ Create and manage retailers' content to enhance product pages through rich texts and images that improve customer experience and product understanding.

⦁ Optimize listings for SEO by researching and integrating effective keywords.

Product Launch Preparation:

⦁ Collaborate with product and marketing teams to plan and execute launch strategies tailored to Amazon, Website, and other retailers.

⦁ Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely availability of products for launch.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

⦁ Work with the broader e-commerce team to align Amazon strategies with other online and offline marketing efforts.

⦁ Ensure brand consistency across all Amazon content and promotional materials.

Performance Analysis:

⦁ Track and report on content performance metrics, using Advertising analytics tools (AMZ ads, FB/Google Ads) to measure the success of product listings and advertising campaigns.

⦁ Use data insights to continually refine content and marketing strategies, improving visibility, engagement, and sales.

Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

▶ Customer Service - Staff (Full-time)

⦁ Troubleshoot and develop creative solutions that cater to customer challenges

⦁ Having full knowledge and staying up to date on all of our products and services

⦁ Provide technical assistance to callers

⦁ Communicating with customers through various channels.

⦁ Acknowledging and resolving customer needs in a timely and satisfactory manner

⦁ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

⦁ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

⦁ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Qualifications

⦁ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

⦁ Ability to maintain professionalism when customers are stressed or upset.

Salary Range: $45K - $50K

▶ Technical Support - Staff (Full-time)

Responsibilities

• Conduct variance analysis to identify key business drivers and provide insights into financial performance.

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.

• Prepare management reports and presentations for leadership.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data, validate financial assumptions, and support various financial analysis needs.

• Support month-end close processes.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing insights.

• Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

⦁ 1-4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar finance role.

• Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Bilingual (English and Korean).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $65- $82K (Part Leader) / $55K- $65K (Staff)

▶ Finance Division - Accounting Part (Accountant) –Staff (Full-time)

 Responsibilities

⦁ Management in day-to-day administrative, accounting, and office operation support

⦁ Maintenance and oversight of office operations

⦁ Preparation and review of operational and accounting data reports

⦁ Analysis of internal processes

⦁ Development and implementation of administrative policy changes

⦁ Support business planning

⦁ Account management/Sales support

⦁ Other duties assigned

Requirements

⦁Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or related fields

⦁Experience 2~3 years in Accounting / Business Planning / Progress Management

▶ SCM (Logistic Part) – Staff (Full Time)

Responsibilities

⦁ Plan medium and long-term logistics center based on business plans.

⦁ Conduct preliminary research in logistics center areas and set up distribution centers and regional distribution centers.

⦁ Manage transportation routes and design a simplified Transportation Management System.

⦁ Identify and carry out the bidding process for third-party logistics companies.

⦁ Manage logistics costs and work on optimizing operations for cost reduction.

⦁ Focus on identifying inefficiencies in the supply chain management from a logistics perspective and maximizing cost savings.

Qualifications

⦁ Knowledge of logistics management and planning skills

⦁ Proficiency in Excel

⦁ At least 3 years of experience in logistics planning

⦁ Experience with 3PL companies is preferred

⦁ Strong commitment to cost reduction initiatives

Salary Range: $40K - $55K

▶ Customer Service Division - Customer Service Part Staff (Full-time)
