Responsibilities
⦁ Manage Online Platform (Amazon Vendor, Amazon Seller, Macy’s, Williams-Sonoma, Wayfair, Walmart, Home Depot etc.) (Order Management, Shipping Arrangement, Product Monitoring)
⦁ High literacy in NetSuite, SPS Commerce, Shipstation, ShipHawk
⦁ Update and manage product listings and set up new product listings
⦁ Provide regular reporting on all sales and account costs
⦁ Monitor inventory integrity across all Ecommerce platforms
⦁ Ensure that returns are processed accurately and in a timely manner
⦁ Assist Customers (dealing with emails, customer phone calls, etc.)
⦁ Be responsible at individual actions.
⦁ Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Education and Experience Requirements
