Hiring: Barista (Full-Time / Part-Time)
We are a high-volume coffee shop located in the heart of Koreatown, LA, looking for energetic and dedicated individuals to join our team!
Whether you are an experienced pro or looking to start your journey in specialty coffee, we welcome those with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Location: 698 S Vermont Ave Ste 103, Los Angeles, CA 90005
Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, high-quality customer service.
Prepare handcrafted beverages and light food items with attention to detail.
Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
Collaborate effectively with team members based on mutual respect.
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Requirements:
- Availability:
Full-time (5 days/week) or Part-time (3-4 days/week).
Must be available to work weekends and closing shifts (until 8:30 PM).
- Commitment: Looking for candidates who can commit to at least 1 year.
- Legal Status: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Tax reporting required).
- Language: Proficiency in English is a must. (preferred Korean)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Experience in specialty coffee, cafes, or food service (but not required—we provide training!).
Compensation:
Starting Rate: $18/hour + Tips.
Note: Our shop stays busy, so the tips are excellent! Tips are provided after the training period.
Experienced Baristas: For those with specialty coffee experience (eligible for Shift Lead roles),
the hourly rate is negotiable after interview/training.
