DESIGN TEAM
Designer

$40–$45/hour (DOE)
Experience: 5+ Years
We’re seeking a highly creative DESIGNER to lead the development of our seasonal collections. This is a leadership role requiring strong creative vision, technical expertise, and the ability to take concepts from idea to production. We’re looking for a sexy line designer who can balance designing fashion forward pieces with essential core bodies in solids, keeping the overall design direction chic and elevated. Target accounts include Fashion Nova, Windsor, and Lulu’s.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead design from concept through final sample approval
• Research trends, market direction, and competitors
• Develop mood boards, color stories, and material direction
• Create sketches, CADs, and detailed tech packs
• Oversee fittings and ensure product quality standards
• Collaborate with production, merchandising, and vendors
• Mentor junior designers and support team development
• Maintain brand consistency across all collections

What You Bring:
• 5+ years of fashion design experience
• Degree in Fashion Design required
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, construction, and fit
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Experience: 1–2 Years
A great opportunity for an early-career designer to gain hands-on experience across all stages of the design process.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with sketching and CAD development
• Research trends and support mood board creation
• Help build tech packs and track samples
• Participate in fittings and product development
• Maintain calendars and timelines

Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Degree in Fashion Design required
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel

PRODUCTION TEAM
Import Production Manager
$40 – $50/hour (DOE)
Experience: Minimum 5+ Years Company Production Exerience
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Import Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage production orders, ensuring timely follow-up
• Communicate fit comments and revisions to overseas factories
• Monitor and track production schedules
• Oversee company order production for clients such as Windsor, Fashion Nova, Altar’d State, Buckle, Versona, and others
• Collaborate with vendors, maintaining strong communication and negotiation skills

Production Coordinator
$34–$38/hour (DOE)
Experience: 5+ Years
We’re looking for a detail-driven Production Coordinator to ensure consistency, quality, and precision across all garments.

Key Responsibilities:
Fit & Quality Control:
• Evaluate fit, drape, and construction through live fittings
• Identify and communicate fit issues clearly
Specs & Measurement:
• Measure garments and compare with tech packs
• Ensure sizing accuracy and consistency
Documentation:
• Record detailed fit notes and maintain history logs
Vendor Collaboration:
• Communicate corrections to overseas vendors
• Maintain grading and fit standards

Requirements:
• Must fit women’s sizes Small and Medium
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and fit
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Experience in technical design or production preferred
• Comfortable trying on samples
