We are an e-commerce company based in Santa Fe Springs, CA that is steadily growing within pro audio, video, and lighting equipment distribution and online sales. We are an Authorized Dealer for established name brands such as Bose, Yamaha, Shure, QSC, Pioneer DJ, and hundreds more. We also set up and install equipment for concerts, churches, home theaters, and commercial businesses. This industry has been expanding drastically and we are looking for a personnel that can grow with the company.
AVLGEAR.COM is hiring an individual to help streamline the workflow and upgrade the team with their experience and leadership. Our company focuses on selling Audio, Video, and Lighting equipment for professionals. Established in 1991, the company size is 20+ personnel and have been experiencing YOY growth.
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. This role requires a detail-oriented leader who can manage a team, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain accurate records using advanced spreadsheet tools and Inventory Management System (SellerCloud).
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage warehouse staff with training and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.
Ensure compliance with Cal-OSHA safety guidelines
Oversee and assist in the receipt, storage, and shipping of products.
Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel, Google Sheets, and Inventory Management System.
Address and resolve any warehouse issues or discrepancies.
Coordinate and communicate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager.
In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
Past experience with Inventory Management Software.
Strong understanding of Cal OSHA safety guidelines and OSHA-30 certification or something similar.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience as a warehouse manager.
Past experience working with tens of thousands of SKU preferred.
Familiarity with warehouse management software and inventory management systems.
Prior experience handling tens of thousands of SKUs is preferred.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Payment frequency: Paid biweekly
