We’re looking for an experienced, dependable **Breakfast Cook** who knows how to own a busy morning line and deliver quality with speed and consistency.
Our breakfast and brunch program is an important part of the club experience, from everyday member dining to **high-volume weekend brunches and special events**. We need someone who understands that breakfast requires just as much technique, organization, and attention to detail as any other service.
### What You’ll Do
* Execute breakfast and brunch service with speed, consistency, and attention to presentation
* Prepare eggs to temperature, omelets, breakfast meats, potatoes, pancakes, French toast, and other breakfast favorites
* Manage a busy station while maintaining quality during high-volume periods
* Prepare mise en place and ensure your station is fully stocked and ready before service
* Follow recipes, portioning, plating, and presentation standards
* Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure tickets are executed accurately and on time
* Support buffet and high-volume brunch production when needed
* Monitor food quality, freshness, temperature, and presentation throughout service
* Maintain proper labeling, storage, rotation, and food-handling practices
* Keep your station exceptionally clean, organized, and service-ready
* Assist with prep and production for other culinary operations as business needs require
### What We’re Looking For
* Previous **breakfast, brunch, or line cook experience**
* Strong egg cookery and short-order skills
* Ability to handle volume without sacrificing quality
* Excellent organization, timing, and sense of urgency
* Pride in cleanliness, consistency, and presentation
* Dependable and comfortable with **early-morning shifts**
* Team-first attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
* Weekend and holiday availability
* Food Handler certification, or ability to obtain it
