We are seeking a motivated and skilled Ecommerce/IT Manager to join our team and oversee our online sales channels, ensuring a seamless and successful ecommerce operation.
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Help Desk Specialist (Level 1) to join our IT team. This position is responsible for handling basic IT tasks, including computer maintenance and providing support with the Microsoft 365 suite, with a particular focus on Outlook.
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine computer maintenance, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Provide first-line support for Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining workstations and peripheral devices.
• Respond to and resolve basic IT support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
• Document and track support tickets using the company's ticketing system.
• Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues.
• Ensure all systems operate securely and efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an IT support or Help Desk role.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite, with strong expertise in Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A customer-service mindset and a proactive attitude.
