Would you like to be my roommates in a luxuary condo in Downtown LA near Crypto arena?
We currently have two room available for $1200/month (from May 1st) and $650/month (right now)!
Before moving in to the condominium, you must pay the deposit for three months in advance when contracting.
$1200/month room's deposit is 3600 dollars and $650/month room's deposit is 1950 dollars.
It is a one-year contract and we will refund the deposit when you move out to your room if you live at least one year.
You will share the bathroom and kitchen with other roommates. The room is private!
It is also easily accessible, with a 3-minute walk to the metro and a 5-minute walk to the USC direct bus stop.
