IT Support Specialist / Systems Administrator
* Responsibilities
- Network & Server Management: Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot the company’s local area network (LAN/WAN), Wi-Fi, firewalls, and server infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and security.
- Hardware & Device Support: Set up, configure, and upgrade employee workstations (PCs/Macs), printers, barcode scanners, warehouse terminals, and VoIP phone systems.
- Software & Systems Administration: Manage company software licenses, user accounts, cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), and assist with ERP/B2B wholesale platforms.
- Data Security & Backup: Implement and monitor daily data backup procedures, manage antivirus software, and ensure protocols are in place or cybersecurity and disaster recovery.
- Technical Support: Provide timely helpdesk support to internal staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
* Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT support, network administration, or systems engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Familiarity with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points).
- Experience supporting apparel ERP systems or inventory/warehouse management software is a major plus.
- Bilingual in English and Korean preferred (for effective technical support and communication with diverse teams).
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
