[Full-Time Office Administrator – International Trading Company]

Benospace, an international trading company located in West Los Angeles, is seeking a full-time Office Administrator to support our sales, purchasing, and general administrative operations.

1. Position & Responsibilities
• Position: Sales & Purchasing Administrator
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Experience: No prior experience required. Entry-level applicants are welcome.
• Key Responsibilities:
      o Communicate with international business partners via email and phone.
      o Prepare and manage sales and purchasing documents.
      o Coordinate and process orders.
      o Perform general administrative and office duties.

2. Work Location & Schedule
• Location: West Los Angeles, near Beverly Hills (Olympic Blvd. & S. Robertson Blvd.)
• Workdays: Monday through Friday
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Lunch Break: One hour (unpaid)
• Total Working Hours: 40 hours per week

3. Compensation
Hourly pay will be determined based on the applicant's qualifications, experience, and overall capabilities and will be discussed during the interview.

4. Qualifications
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
• Ability to communicate professionally with international business partners via email and phone.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and general office tasks.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Korean language proficiency is not required.
As this position involves extensive communication with international business partners, a high level of English proficiency is essential.
