SM Korea Beauty is looking for a Sales Associate to join our Los Angeles store team.
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Job Description
Provide exceptional and friendly customer service and assist customers with product selection.
Answer customer inquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with merchandising and product displays with care and attention to detail.
Support daily store operations, including inventory control, ordering, receiving, restocking, and organization.
Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards and overall presentation.
Perform store opening and closing procedures and ensure the store is secure and properly prepared.
Maintain accurate and organized product displays and inventory.
Keep the sales floor, workstations, tools, and general store areas clean, neat, organized, and safe at all times.
Ensure work areas remain free of debris and potential safety hazards.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Work collaboratively with the team and assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Positive, friendly, and customer-focused personality.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
Korean and English fluency preferred.
Previous sales or retail experience is preferred; beauty or K-beauty industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn about beauty products.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
