We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our women's apparel team. We are hiring three full-time, in-office positions: Creative Director, Fit Tech, and Sample Coordinator. Candidates should be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Qualifications and responsibilities vary by position and are outlined below.

Position: Creative Director
• Minimum of 5 years of experience lead operations for women’s apparel line
• Strong sense of design and creativity
• Ability to handle fit to submit comments
• Ability to communicate and follow up on sales team requests
• Must be proactive, detail oriented and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Must have experience for costing and production problem solving
• Photoshop, illustrator, Power Point, outlook and excel knowledge
• Flexible to travel internationally
• Annual salary $120K +

Position: Production Assistant
• Communicate daily between overseas factory and client's design/technical teams
• Process instructions from designers and clients to the factory, evaluating samples and specs
• Tracking submits such as photos, SMS, Fit/PP/TOP samples, lab dips, and trims for production approvals
• Attend fittings, take notes, and communicate to the factory
• Weekly production status chart update to clients
• Weekly meetings with the internal team to recap all outstanding matters
• Sample drop off and pick up to/from buyer's office
• Assist and prepare inbound and outbound UPS packages as needed
• Must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, problem solver and self-motivated
• Computer literate (Microsoft outlook, word, excel)
• Hourly rate $20/hr+

Position: Sample Coordinator
• No experience required
• Work with designers, production, and sales team
• Field related computer skills a plus (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to communicate and follow up on buyer fit comments
• Organized & meticulous, a detail oriented responsible individual
• Hourly rate $18.50- $20
