Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
Commercial construction experience required
Proven track record of successfully completing commercial construction projects
Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, sequencing, and jobsite operations
Ability to thoroughly review and understand all construction drawings, specifications, details, and revisions
Strong subcontractor coordination and field management skills
Strong scheduling, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience coordinating inspections and resolving field conflicts
Commitment to jobsite safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction
Reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
Manage daily commercial jobsite operations from mobilization through project completion
Review all construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and revisions prior to and during construction
Identify drawing conflicts, discrepancies, and constructability issues before they impact the project
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, material deliveries, and inspections
Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules
Ensure all work is performed according to approved plans, specifications, and applicable codes
Conduct regular quality-control inspections
Coordinate and prepare for city, fire, and other required inspections
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
Communicate project progress, delays, RFIs, field conditions, and scheduling issues with project management
Ensure projects are completed on time and meet company and client quality expectations
