Ace Packaging is looking for a motivated and organized Customer Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays an important role in supporting our customers, coordinating with overseas vendors, and assisting our sales team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Communicate with customers and vendors by phone, email, and chat
• Track shipments and provide order status updates
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
• Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-up
• Attend trade shows and industry events (approximately 3 trips per year)
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as needed
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Willing to travel for trade shows (approximately 3 times per year)
