1. Supply Chain Coordinator (Bilingual in Korean)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $23–25/hour (DOE)
This position includes a 3-month probationary period, with the opportunity for a compensation review upon successful completion based on performance.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support our daily logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, and customer order fulfillment.
This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient order processing, accurate inventory control, and timely product shipments while providing operational support to our Sales team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Process customer Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders
• Review order accuracy and coordinate order fulfillment
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments
• Track shipments and provide delivery updates to customers
• Receive, inspect, pick, pack, and ship medical device products
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
• Support the Sales team with order processing and customer service
• Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy
• Perform other supply chain and operations duties as assigned

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, customer service, or sales operations preferred
• Medical device industry experience is a plus
• Bilingual in Korean and English (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with QuickBooks or other business management software is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

2. Part-Time Operations Assistant (Bilingual in Korean)
Employment Type: Part-Time (20–30 Hours per Week)
Compensation: $19–23/hour (DOE)
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Assistant to support daily administrative and business operations activities.
This position will provide general operational support, including document management, record keeping, basic accounting support, and coordination of various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a growing medical device company environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and organize company documents, records, and administrative files
• Assist with data entry and document preparation
• Support basic accounting-related tasks, including invoice processing and payment record maintenance
• Assist with inventory-related documentation and record keeping

• Assist with preparation and organization of documents for business operations and reporting purposes.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Provide general office and administrative support as needed
• Perform other operations-related duties as assigned
