We are a multi-specialty clinic offering a unique opportunity to gain valuable hospital-equivalent experience right inside a professional doctor's office setting.
We seek a dedicated, warm, and professional individual to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients with a warm, friendly demeanor.
Manage patient check-ins, check-outs, and scheduling.
Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems daily.
Answer phone calls and assist patients in English and Korean.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Qualifications & Requirements
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills are required.
Language: Bilingual in English and Korean is highly preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in a medical field or clinic setting is preferred.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications is required (EMR experience is a plus).
Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Traits: Strong work ethic, reliable, and committed to long-term growth.
