Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in garment fitting, pattern evaluation, or technical design
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct fit sessions and provide technical fit assessments
• Review samples to verify measurements, fit consistency, and construction quality
• Develop and distribute comprehensive fit comments to vendors
• Monitor fit sample progress and ensure timely completion of revisions
• Communicate effectively with vendors regarding fit corrections and production requirements
• Maintain workflow priorities based on development calendars and production deadlines
• Ensure all garments meet company specifications prior to production approval
• Salary: To be discussed during the interview.
