Dongkuk International is seeking part-time talent for our offices in Los Angeles Office. Dongkuk International is a steel trading company that supplies steel goods in North America. We are looking for detail oriented with strong commitment for our office.
Part time work is about 30 -35 hours a week. Flexible hours from 9 am to 6pm. The part time employment is for 6-8 months
Responsibility:
- Manage Customer order and support sales team.
- Communication with customer and logistic companies.
- Coordinate with production, inventory and delivery schedule
- Assist with operation management and custom clearance.
- Manage shipping documents to ensure with compliance and regulations
- Review and enter documents into system
- Process AP/AR entries using ERP system
Requirement:
- Bilingual (Korean/ English) required
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, word, etc..)
- Ability to work independently and as a part of team
- Goal oriented and responsible person
Benefit:
- Lunch will be provided.
Payrate:
- $25 ~ $30 / Hour

- 독립적으로 업무 수행이 가능하며 팀워크가 가능한 분
- 목표 지향적이며 책임감 있는 분
