About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Market Manager to oversee daily store operations and lead our team by example. This role requires active involvement on the floor, strong leadership, and a high level of accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations including sales, staff, and inventory
Actively work on the floor and support staff during busy hours
Manage employee scheduling, training, and performance
Monitor and review POS reports and daily sales activity
Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with vendors
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
Analyze store performance and implement improvements
Communicate effectively with ownership and management
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail or market management
Must be a hands-on leader who works alongside the team
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
Familiar with POS systems and basic Excel
Important
This is not an office-based position.
We are looking for a manager who is actively involved in day-to-day operations and leads from the front.
