IMPORT DESIGNER
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop innovative, trend-focused designs that align with our brand vision and customer base.
• Source and collaborate with fabric mills to select quality fabrics, prints, and materials.
• Create detailed sketches (by hand or digitally) and accurate tech packs for production.
• Oversee sample development from concept through final product.
• Participate in fittings to ensure design and quality standards are met.
• Set the direction for the brand’s concept—including compelling lookbooks, photoshoots, campaigns etc.
• Stay organized and maintain consistency across all stages of design and development.

Qualifications
• Bilingual in Korean/English preferred
• Skilled in sketching, CADs, and building tech packs.
• Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
• Experience with import production processes preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects on tight timelines.

E-COMMERCE COORDINATOR
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the company website, Faire, and FashionGo, including product uploads, pricing, promotions, and inventory accuracy.
• Design fun, eye-catching website banners and email campaigns.
• Assist in the creation of lookbooks, line sheets, flyers, and tradeshow signage.
• Grow our social media presence and help shape the brand voice online.
• Monitor site performance and user experience to recommend and implement improvements.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and inform revenue-driving strategies.

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (experience with Faire and FashionGo a plus).
• Basic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva, or similar).

CUSTOMER SERVICE + ADMIN SUPPORT
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat — helping with orders, returns, and product questions.
• Track payments and follow up with customers & orders.
• Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve shipping or order issues.
• Provide thoughtful solutions to customer concerns, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Work with e-commerce platforms (Faire, FashionGo, etc.)
