Job Overview: We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our dynamic team at our upscale medi spa.
As the first point of contact for clients, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have
excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Type: Full-time (5 days a week)
Hourly Rate: $25 - $35 per hour (DOE)
Bonus Range: 2k~5k /year
Position: Front-desk Receptionist
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Korean & English)
- Eligible to work for any employer in U.S.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with spa services and products is a plus.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and scheduling software.
- Previous experience in customer service or a receptionist role is preferred.
- Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
