각 매장의 사용량 데이터를 기반으로, 원할한 공급망 유지를 위한 물류 회사 재고를 주단위 리포트를 통해 감독, 관리, 보고.
• 물류 회사와의 긴밀한 소통을 통해 공급 리스크를 최소화하고 안정적인 납품 체계 유지
• 각 매장에서 발생하는 소규모 및 수시 주문에 대한 후속 처리 및 관리
• 신규 메뉴, 음료 및 칵테일 등 신상품 도입 과정 전방의 후속조치 및 관리
• 모든 구매 및 공급 관련 업무에 대한 후속 관리 및 원가 관리
• 기타 업무 지원

2. Buyer (Retail Products / Food & Beverage)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
구매·물류 프로세스 개선 및 비용 효율화
• 물류, 통관, 구매 전반의 프로세스 분석 및 비용 절감, 공급망 운영의 효율성과 안정성을 위한일 -품목별 수입에 필요한 수량, 단가, 원산지, 성분, HS Code, 라벨 요건 등의 정보 검토 및 미국 수입 가능 여부와 리스크 사전 분석자사 및 외부 브랜드의 수입 상품에 대한 시장 조사 및 분석, 신규 제품 도입을 위한 리포트 작성 및 전략 수립
* 제조사 및 벤더 커뮤니케이션
* 제품 제조사 및 벤더와의 협업을 통해 샘플 요청 및 수령 / 관련 부서에 샘플을 공유 및 검토
* 시장 조사 및 경쟁 제품 분석
* 경쟁사 제품 가격, 패키지, 라벨등을 분석 / 시장 트렌드 및 판매 가능성 확인 / 신제품 경쟁력 평가
* OEM 상품 운영 및 관리
* 수출입 통관 프로세스 전반 관리
* 리테일 마켓 내 상품 세일즈 및 납품 프로세스 구축·운영
* 제품 평가 및 피드백 수집

• Monitor, manage, and report weekly inventory levels at logistics partners based on store usage data to ensure a stable and efficient supply chain.
• Maintain close communication with logistics providers to minimize supply risks and ensure reliable delivery operations.
• Handle and follow up on small-scale and ad-hoc orders from individual stores.
• Manage and coordinate follow-up processes for new product launches, including new menu items, beverages, and cocktails.
• Oversee purchasing and supply-related operations, including cost control and follow-up management.
• Provide support for other related tasks as needed.
• Annual Salary: $75,000

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Process Improvement & Cost Optimization
• Analyze purchasing, logistics, and import processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Review product-specific import requirements including quantity, pricing, country of origin, ingredients, HS codes, and labeling requirements; assess feasibility and potential risks for U.S. importation.
Product Sourcing & Market Research
• Conduct market research and analysis for both in-house and external brand products.
• Prepare reports and develop strategies for introducing new products.
Manufacturer & Vendor Communication
• Collaborate with manufacturers and vendors to request and receive product samples.
• Share and coordinate sample reviews with relevant internal departments.
Competitive & Market Analysis
• Analyze competitor products in terms of pricing, packaging, and labeling.
• Identify market trends, sales potential, and evaluate competitiveness of new products.
OEM & Import/Export Operations
• Manage OEM product operations.
• Oversee end-to-end import and export customs clearance processes.
Retail Sales & Distribution Operations
• Establish and manage sales and delivery processes within retail markets.
Product Evaluation
• Collect product evaluation feedback and provide reports.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Annual Salary: $75,000

Qualifications (Common)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Prior experience in a related field required.
• Bilingual in English and Korean with strong communication skills to work effectively with stores and business partners.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate level or above).
