본 포지션은 창고 운영 및 배송 업무를 전반적으로 지원하는 역할로, 정확한 출고 관리와 안전한 물류 프로세스를 담당합니다.

주요 업무
• 컨테이너 상,하차 및 제품 적재/이동 업무
• 주문 상품 피킹, 포장, 라벨링 및 출고 준비
• 입고 상품 검수, 라벨 부착 및 지정 위치 보관
• 재고 정리 및 재고 수량 관리
• 정기적인 재고 실사 및 품질 기준 유지
• 회사 차량을 이용한 고객 배송 업무
• 창고 내 청결 및 안전 관리
• 지게차, 팔레트 잭 등 창고 장비 운용
• 재고 오류 및 이슈 보고 및 해결 지원
• 팀원 및 관리자와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션
• 회사 규정 및 안전 수칙 준수
자격 요건
필수 요건:
• 고등학교 졸업 또는 동등 학력
• 무거운 물품 이동이 가능한 신체 조건
• 유효한 운전면허증 보유 (26ft 트럭 운전 가능자)
• 미국 내 합법적 근로 자격 보유 (비자 스폰서 불가)
• 한국어 및 영어 이중 언어 가능자
우대 사항:
• 창고 또는 물류 관련 경험자
• 지게차, 팔레트 잭 운용 경험

급여
Salary Range: $51,600 – $63,000 (based on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics & Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations and local deliveries. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, safe material handling, and timely customer deliveries.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-conscious, and works well in a team-oriented environment. This position offers long-term stability and opportunities to grow within warehouse, logistics, or operations roles.
Key Responsibilities
• Load and unload containers while ensuring proper handling of goods
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup (pack, wrap, label, verify, load, ship)
• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming inventory
• Organize stock and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Perform routine inventory checks and support audit requirements
• Deliver orders to customers using company vehicles in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Report inventory discrepancies and assist with issue resolution
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Follow company procedures, safety regulations, and service standards
Qualifications
Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and move heavy products
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a 26’ truck
• Eligible to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available)
• Bilingual in Korean and English
Preferred:
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience (not required)
• Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks
• Familiarity with warehouse management or inventory systems
• Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset
Compensation
Salary Range: $51,600 – $63,000 (based on experience)
