We are looking for someone passionate about Food and Beverage operations to join our team!
OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Location: Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles
Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Company with the daily requirements of overseeing all relevant food safety regulations, policies, and procedures at a company brand operating stores;
- Verifying quality control, food safety procedures and documentation; solve food safety issues; and assist with HACCP, FSMA, and GMP compliance;
- Conducting store inspections, the development of brand education programs, and standard operating procedures;
- Responsible for production inspections and proper storage;
- Developing, maintaining, and updating all records, manuals, training procedures, product spec books that pertain to food safety and quality control; and
- Performing other duties as required by Management
- Daily store operation assistance to the store manager by monitoring, supervising, training, communicating, guiding and directing.
- Making sure staffing meets the company’s labor budget standards.
- Making sure purchasing meets the company’s COGS standards.
- Monitoring and controlling store maintenance
- Logistics for purchase transactions to follow up such as but not limited to providing invoices to the accounting department and getting approval from the CEO.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirement
- Relevant knowledge in food and beverage operations , especially in safety
- Knowledge in Google Workspace and tech savvy
- Knowledge is store operations and logistics
- Strong communication and organization skills
