1. Production Associate - Full-Time Position
What you’ll do:
Be involved in every step of our import production process
Use ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools to keep things running smoothly
Support our private label and licensed brand operations
Juggle multiple tasks and help the team stay organized
Communicate in both Korean and English to connect with everyone
What we’re looking for:
At least 1 year of production experience
Great organizational skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
2. Customer Service - Full-Time Position
What you’ll do:
Handle e-commerce and in-house orders, making sure every detail is right
Build lasting relationships with our customers—answering questions, solving problems, and making sure they feel heard
Communicate professionally by email and phone
Bring experience in customer service (especially in apparel) and a friendly, can-do spirit
