A leading electronics company is seeking a Service Center Operations Supervisor to manage end-to-end operations of its authorized battery service center in Ontario, CA. This role requires experience in battery service operations, as well as strong coordination and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of battery service operations, from intake to final release.
- Manage and streamline repair, return, warranty, and maintenance processes.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient workflows.
- Track service orders and reduce turnaround time through effective coordination.
- Serve as the main point of contact for service-related inquiries, escalations, and client communication.
- Work with customer service and logistics teams to resolve service issues and order discrepancies.
- Handle spare parts procurement, returns, and warranty claims in coordination with vendors.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with corporate HQ, regional partners, and service vendors.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance, safety, and industry regulations.
- Implement inspection and testing protocols to verify product quality prior to shipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues and implement corrective measures.
- Uphold and enforce company safety, environmental, and operational policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in battery servicing or related technical fields.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and service inventory processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team-player mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with using MS Excel, Outlook, and inventory tracking software.
- Bilingual in Korean and English
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Understanding of inventory and repair tracking systems is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $70,000–$100,000 (based on experience)
