직무 설명
B2B 주문 처리 관리
물류 운영 전반 관리 (운송, 창고, 유통 등)
비용 절감 및 효율성 향상을 위한 물류 전략 수립 및 실행 지원
재고 수준 모니터링 및 구매/창고 팀과 협업하여 최적 재고 유지
물류 및 공급망 과정에서의 안전, 규제, 회사 기준 준수 관리
공급업체, 벤더, 제3자 물류업체와 협업하여 운영 효율화
구매 및 수입 업무 지원
예산 수립, 예측, 비용 절감 방안 마련 등에서 매니저 지원
자격 요건
한국어/영어 이중언어 가능자 (필수)
학사 학위 소지자 우대
주문 관리, 수입, 물류 및 재고 관리 등 물류 관련 실무 경험 2년 이상
Microsoft Excel 능숙자
교육 및 커뮤니케이션에 대한 열정 보유자
능동적이고 자기 주도적이며 빠르게 성장하는 기업 환경에서 일하고자 하는 의욕 있는 분
QuickBooks 사용 경험자 우대

Job Description
Manage B2B order processing
Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards in logistics and supply chain processes.
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers to streamline operations.
Support purchasing and import process
Support the Manager in developing budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving initiatives
Qualifications
Korean/English Bilingual Required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong logistics experience in order management, import, logistics and inventory management: Minimum 2 year
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
A passion for training and communication
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to work in a fast-growing corporate environment
QuickBooks experience preferred
