Available Positions
1. Sales & Purchasing Assistant
Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Purchasing teams
Coordinate with customers and suppliers, manage orders, and maintain product information
Assist with inventory monitoring and daily reports
Prior experience in produce, food distribution, or wholesale preferred
2. Accountant / Office Administrator
Prepare and maintain invoices, payment records, and monthly financial reports
Manage data entry and assist with bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software preferred
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
3. Warehouse Personnel
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments
Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse cleanliness
Forklift experience preferred (not required)
Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and able to work independently
Qualifications
Authorization to work in the United States
English proficiency (Korean and/or Chinese bilingual ability preferred)
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
