Position Overview
La Bella Vita Salon & Wellness Studio is seeking a skilled and licensed Lash Technician to join our team in a relaxing, spa-inspired environment dedicated to beauty, wellness, and holistic care. The ideal candidate is passionate about enhancing clients’ natural beauty through professional lash services, demonstrates excellent client communication, and maintains the highest standards of sanitation and safety.
As part of our collaborative salon team, the Lash Technician will have the option to rent a private or semi-private booth or to work under a commission-based service split arrangement.
Responsibilities
Perform professional lash services including classic, hybrid, and volume extensions, lash lifts, and tints.
Conduct client consultations to determine desired outcomes, lash health, and maintenance needs.
Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation in accordance with California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology standards.
Promote salon products and aftercare items to support lash retention and salon retail goals.
Build and maintain a loyal clientele through quality work and professional service.
Adhere to all salon policies, safety protocols, and ethical business practices.
Qualifications
Current California State Board Cosmetology or Esthetician License (required).
Minimum 1 year of professional lash extension experience preferred.
Certification in lash extensions, lifts, and/or tints (preferred but not required).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to client safety.
Excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
Must carry professional liability insurance.
Fluent in English and Korean.
