Job description
We are seeking an ambitious Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our team and contribute to our exciting growth journey in the dietary supplement industry located in the city of Cerritos, CA.
This Entry Level Sales Assistant role is perfect for individuals who are eager to dive into the world of sales, learn from industry experts, and develop valuable customer service, marketing, and sales skills. As an Entry Level Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in engaging with customers, driving sales, and executing marketing strategies that propel our products forward. With hands-on training and mentorship for our Entry Level Sales Assistants, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role within the company.

Entry Level Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
• Our Entry Level Sales Assistant will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions

• Drive sales by promoting products and services that align with customer goals

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business

• Support the execution of sales and marketing strategies to increase products awareness

• Track sales progress and provide insights to improve strategies and outcomes

• Stay informed about industry trends and new product offerings to maintain a competitive edge


Entry Level Sales Assistant Skills:

• Strong communication skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset focused on success
• The ability to collaborate with a team to achieve collective goals
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience is a plus, but not required

Preferred Skills/ Traits:

• Computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft base (MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excel A Must
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize in a fast paced environment
• Team-oriented and collaborative interpersonal relationships
• Excellent oral and written communication skill in English
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
