[Position] Import & Export Operation
[Responsibilities]
include the following but not limited to:
1. Export & Import Operations
• Manage end-to-end ocean and air freight operations
• Coordinate shipment schedules and monitor delivery status
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams
2. Inventory Control
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments and maintain inventory accuracy
• Coordinate with 3PL/warehouse partners
• Improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency
3. Documentation & Customs Support
• Prepare and review shipping documents (B/L, Invoice, Packing List, etc.)
• Support customs clearance process and follow up with brokers
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations
4. Transportation & Vendor Management
• Manage trucking, warehouse, and freight vendors
• Coordinate delivery schedules and resolve operational issues
• Monitor costs and improve service performance
5. Issue Resolution & Customer Support
• Handle shipment delays, damages, and claims
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates
• Escalate and resolve urgent operational issues
[Qualifications]
• Experience (2years) in freight forwarding and warehouse coordination preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the US
