About iANT Education
iANT Education is a private college preparatory institute based in Glendale and Los Angeles, California. We specialize in college consultation, academic tutoring, enrichment and independent research programs, and SAT/ACT preparation. Our counselors work closely with a small caseload of students and families over multiple years, guiding them from early high school planning through college admissions.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced College Counselor to join our counseling team on a part-time, contract basis. This is a fully remote role. You will be assigned a personal caseload of middle and high school students and will guide each of them through course planning, extracurricular and enrichment strategy, and the full college application process.
This role is a strong fit for an independent counselor who wants a consistent student roster, established templates and internal resources, and a collaborative team to work alongside, without the administrative burden of running a private practice.

Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. required
- Prior experience in college counseling, admissions, or a related advising role
- Familiarity with U.S. college admissions requirements, standardized testing, and financial aid processes
- Experience supporting students across a multi-year planning horizon
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with both students and parents
- Reliable remote work setup and availability for scheduled virtual meetings
- Organized, self-directed, and consistent with documentation and follow up

Compensation
Compensation is commensurate with experience and discussed during the interview process.
