본 포지션은 RPA(Robotic Process Automation) 개발 및 운영 지원을 주 업무로 하며, 일반적인 백엔드 프로그램 개발 및 애플리케이션 모듈 개발 업무도 함께 수행합니다. 요구사항 수집부터 아이디어 도출, 분석, 설계, 개발(Coding), 테스트, 배포 및 문서화까지 소프트웨어 개발 전 과정(SDLC)을 주도하며, 기존 비즈니스 시스템과 기술 구조를 빠르게 이해하여 문제를 분석하고 개선할 수 있는 역량이 요구됩니다. 또한 개발팀을 기술적으로 리드하고 프로젝트를 성공적으로 수행할 수 있는 리더십과 협업 능력을 갖춘 분을 찾고 있습니다.
주요 업무:
• RPA 및 백엔드 애플리케이션 설계, 개발 및 유지보수

자격 요건 및 필수 역량:
• Java(또는 Python 등) 기반 웹 시스템 및 사내(Intranet) 시스템 개발/유지보수 경력 7년 이상
• 영어 회화 및 문서 작성이 가능한 분
• RPA 개발 또는 운영 경험(우대)
• HTML/DHTML, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, AJAX 개발 경험
• Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL 사용 경험
• Alteryx 등 데이터 분석 및 Tableau, Power BI 등 데이터 시각화 도구 경험자 우대
• 컴퓨터공학 또는 관련 전공 학사 이상 우대

Position Summary:
A leading global company in IT solutions, data, and logistics is looking for talented Backend Developer. The role will primarily involve RPA development and operation support, but will also include some traditional program dev and application module development as well. Responsibilities cover the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and brainstorming, analysis, coding, testing and documentation. It also requires strong problem-finding skills with quick adaptation to existing applications for business functions and technical structural layout.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications and modules, writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Manage the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, prioritizing, testing, and releases, often using Agile methodologies
• Lead, guide, and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices
• Monitor, support on-going operation of the developed programs(RPA) that are serviced to the customers. And if necessary, resolve the issue & enhance the current solutions
• Work closely with customers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions
• Implement automated testing, debug issues, troubleshoot complex problems, and ensure application security and performance
• Participate in internal and external meetings to gather the business requirements and suggest solutions
• Analyze the business requirements and suggest the best practice to apply to the business requirements
• Write unit, integration, and production test scenarios
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize application performance
• Liaise with the development team to identify and plan new features
• Ensure the developed modules comply with quality assurance standards
• Research and suggest new technologies, applications, and protocols
• Create detailed technical plans for the execution and implementation of projects
• Be available to answer technical questions, clarifications, and clear obstacles for the team
• Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes
• Writing development progress reports
Requirements:
• 7+ years in web based related system development including Java (or other programing languages like Python) experience in developing or maintaining intranet systems
• Must have professional English fluency in verbal and writing
• Good understanding or experience in RPA is a plus
• Experience with HTML/DHTML, jQuery/JSon, Java Script, AJAX
• Experience with Oracle database server, SQL, PL/SQL procedures
• Experience in data analysis (ex: Alteryx) & visualization tool (ex: Tableau, Power BI) - preferred
• BS/BA or higher in Computer Science or related field – preferred
