SCM(Supply Chain Management) 시스템을 지원하는 전문 인력을 모집합니다. 비즈니스 사용자 및 한국 본사와 원활하게 소통하고, NERP/Web 시스템의 SCM 관련 데이터를 검토하며, SCM 프로세스, 데이터베이스 구조 및 시스템 간 인터페이스에 대한 기본적인 이해를 바탕으로 시스템 운영을 지원합니다.
주요 업무:
• SCM 시스템 관련 문의 및 문제에 대한 1차 지원 창구 역할
• Forecast, Allocation, Channel Data(Sell-Out, Inventory) 등 SCM 데이터를 분석하여 시스템 관련 행정 및 운영 문제 해결
• SCM 시스템 간 데이터의 정확성 및 정합성(Integrity) 관리
• 비즈니스 사용자 미팅 참석, 회의 내용 정리 및 한국 본사 개발팀과 업무 요구사항 및 개선사항 공유
• SCM 시스템의 신규 기능 및 업데이트 사항 검증
• 사용자 교육 및 시스템 개선을 위한 본사 개발팀 피드백 제공
• SCM 시스템 간 데이터 인터페이스 모니터링 및 이상 데이터/문제점 파악
• 시스템 운영 전반에 대한 기술 및 업무 지원을 제공하고 문제 해결 및 요청사항 처리 지원
• 시스템 장애 및 문제 발생 시 업무 연속성이 유지될 수 있도록 신속하게 대응
자격 요건:
• SCM 관련 프로세스 및 데이터를 분석하고, 여러 시스템 간 데이터 인터페이스를 이해할 수 있는 능력
• 많은 양의 정보를 수집·정리·분석하고 정확하게 전달할 수 있는 뛰어난 분석력 및 세심한 업무 능력
• Supply Chain Management 분야 5년 이상 경력 우대
• Forecasting, RTF, Allocation 경험 우대
• Advanced Planning System 경험자 우대
• 정보관리(Information Management) 관련 전공 학사 이상
우대 및 필수 역량:
• 목표 지향적이며 스스로 능률적으로 업무를 수행할 수 있는 분
• 한국어/영어 이중언어(Bilingual) 필수
• Claude Chat, Cowork 등 생성형 AI(Gen AI) 활용 경험 우대

Position Summary:
A leading global company in IT solutions, data, and logistics is looking for talented, detail-oriented and organized Business Systems Analyst to support SCM systems by communicating with business users, Headquarters in Korea and reviewing SCM-related data in NERP/Web Systems with fundamental knowledge of SCM processes, database structure and system interfaces.
Responsibilities:
• The role will primarily act as the first point of contact for SCM system-related inquiries, resolve administrative problems by analyzing information such as Forecast, Allocation, Channel Data (Sell-Out, Inventory), and other SCM information, and ensure data integrity between SCM systems
• Attends meetings with business users, summarizes meeting notes, and communicates with dev team in Headquarters in Korea to deliver business needs and requirements to enhance business operation processes
• Validates new features and functionalities implemented in SCM systems, trains users, and provides feedback to the HQ dev team
• Maintains data interfaces between SCM systems, and provides continuity of work operations to business by monitoring and discovering irregularities. Responsibilities cover the entire SCM system operations and provide technical and advisory resources to resolve problems and expedite support requests
Requirements:
• Able to analyze SCM related processes, data and understand data interfaces between multiple systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• 5+ years of functional experience in Supply Chain Management area (Forecasting, RTF, and Allocation) is a plus
• Advanced Planning system experience is a plus
• BS/BA or higher in information management-related field
Special Skills:
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Bilingual (English/Korean) required
• Experience in Gen AI such as Claude Chat, Cowork is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines is essential.
